Dear sir,
I have a question.

Does it work properly even if the EN pin is pulled up with VIN and the power is turned on?
In this case, the EN pin reaches 2V first and the VIN pin reaches 5.1V later.

Welcome to E2E!

There is no issue with EN reaching 2V or HIGH before VIN reaches its power-on threshold 5.1V. The device works as expected
