TLV62568A: Do you have any data about VFB aging variation?

What do you mean by VFB aging variation data? Is it VFB vs temperature or over time?

I wanted to know how much the VFB voltage after one, three or ten year changes from the initial value at 25 degree C and VIN=5V.

Hi Kazuya,

So, the VFB voltage will not drift from its typical values over life time. Because, the internal reference voltage is derived from a band-gap reference. Since the band gap is driving the voltage and the accuracy there is no drift expected over life time as the band gap itself will not change.  

Also, the electrical parameters in the datasheet won’t exceed the data sheet limits at the end of the life, which is defined as the HTOL duration in the qualification report (available in TI website for every device).
