TPS63001: Current into Vout during shutdown

Part Number: TPS63001

Buck-Boost team,

The datasheet for the TPS63001 says that during Shutdown (Power Save) the "load is always disconnected from the input during shutdown of the converter".  Can we assume that there is no current into the VOUT pin when in shutdown?  The customer wants to shutdown the regulator and provide power to the system from another source, and wants to know that power will not be drained through the VOUT pin.

I expect there will be the shutdown current, as described in the datasheet, but that will be into the VIN or VINA pin.

Thanks,
Darren
