We designed a circuit to simulate the car self motor cranking. We need to verify our circuit design to proceed PCB manufacturing. Please suggest us if any mistakes in circuit or any improvement needed in that.TPS40170 cranking simulator V1.0.pdf

Hi Anbarasan,

Here are some comments on the schematic.

No need for the 3.3 Ohm on the low-side gate (R52) - change to 0 Ohms.
R46 is 0 Ohms from high-side FET gate to GND - this should be removed (C116 is also not required).
R45 feeding the VIN pin can be 0 Ohm a a 1 Ohm may affect high-side sensing.
C133 47pF from FB to GND should not be required (it causes phase lag).
Check compensation with the TPS40170 quickstart calculator (need to the ESR of the output caps). The LM5145 quickstart is even better here (same control loop).
