LM27762: I'm not sure how to use the PGOOD terminal of LM27762.

The data sheet of LM27762 explains that if you do not use the PGOOD function, connect it to the ground, but since the PGOOD terminal is an open drain, I think that you can open it without connecting it to the ground.
I don't understand why the datasheet says connect to ground.
Shouldn't I use this terminal without connecting it anywhere?

    Hi Takashi,

    As per the datasheet, PG pin needs to be connected to the GND when unused. I recommend to follow datasheet specifications inorder to avoid any damage to the IC.

    I will also check internally if I can get more details on this.

    I confirmed this with our design team and it seems you could even leave this pin floating. There should not be a problem with that.
