BQ34Z100-G1: Is it correct design?

Part Number: BQ34Z100-G1

0508.02_BATTERY.pdf

I don't understand SRN, SRP.

My design was correct?

I was confused about that...

give me some answer for me

thank you

  • Hi Eunsung,

SRP and SRN are analog input pins connected to the internal coulomb-counter peripheral for integrating a small voltage. The gauge will monitor the charge and discharge activity by measuring the voltage across the sense resistor and convert it to a current.  By integrating charge passing through the battery, the cell’s SOC is adjusted during battery charge or discharge.

You're schematic looks OK but I recommend you connect SRN to Pack- instead of directly to ground.

    Best,

    Jessica
