Is there a pin-to-pin replacement?

If not, is there an optimal replacement?

NO P2P solution， please reference LP5016 for replacement.

However, the LP5016 is not found on TI.COM.

For reference, the MBI5027 we inquired about is an LED Display driver.

Please check again.

The only information you offer to me is 16 ch constant current sink device.

I think 5016 is the best solution in this case. You can find other solution in TI.COM as you like.
