Does the TS/CTRL Pin when pulled up generate an EPT message (value 0x01) transmitted to the Tx part or not ?
Seems not the case as the table 1 in page 22 doesn't list TS/CTRL as a condition to generate a "Charge Complete" message

That the point has already been adressed 
"The TS/CTRL is not a pin to be used to read back the charging status. Instead, it is a input pin that the system AP can pull high to indicate charging done and send EPT to the transmitter, and also can be pulled low to indicate a fault condition.

Do you really confirm that an EPT message will be sent to the transmitter ?
