LM5017: emi emc issue

Hi Rohit:

what frequency range you failed in EMI test? I think below action you need to do:

1. add input L C filter for reduce the switching frequency noise

2. follow the datasheet layout requirement, especially making sure C36 is close to Vin and GND pin, and better to have one more small value ceramic capacitor.

Thanks for revert.

Currently above shown image DC-Dc is LM5017,  which consumes 6mA when ON and 50 micro ampere when OFF.

Can you suggest any of TI's, other DC-DC with Lesser ON State Current and OFF state currents? Because 6mA is very high for my BMS. i need at max 1-2mA ON state current and 5-8micro ampere OFF state Current.

I do not answer one of your questions , which is , what frequency  EMI EMC Test Done?

1.) It is 20MHz - 2Ghz, Could you please suggest , if my Pcb with Lm5107 or Lm5164 Will pass t EMiEMC Test?

what if i use high frequency switching for Buck converter , at what freq , my EMI EMC Test will fail? If range for EMI EMC is 20Mhz to 2GHz.

Same for When Low Freq switching is used , for Buck converter.

Since my application is EV , i need to save power , so which switching frequency is best for buck converter (Lowest , Middle or Maximum switching frequency) , such that my Battery current consumption minimizes while running?
