Is there a product from TI that I could use for a prototype (hand solder) TO-92 package for example.  I need to switch an LED array driven by approx 12-14V about 300mA from the output port of a TI MSP430 MCU.   I looked at products similar to 7002, but don't seem appropriate.  Would like an N-Channel device (normally off at 0V).
