    Furkan,

    Thanks for reaching out here. We don't have anything with a 900-V integrated MOSFET. Our closest options to this today would be the UCC28881 (on-off converter with 700-V integrated MOSFET) or the UCC28910 (converter with 700V integrated MOSFET, have FM modulation for improved efficiency across load).
