BQ27531-G1: How to set Ra Maximum Delta

I have a bq27531-g1 gas gauge that I have taken through a learning cycle.  Before creating a golden image, I would like to set "Ra Maximum Delta".  Section 6.10.2.1.16 says "Manually change Ra Max Delta to 15% of the grid 4 Ra value after an optimization cycle is completed"

bqStudio shows Ra 4 as being set to 2.  However in other forum posts it says that this really should be 15% of the uncompressed value, the values in reported in bqStudio being compressed values.  From the other thread, it looks like I need to provide .gg.csv files.  I can do this if needed, or if not, how to I compute the correct value?
