Hello E2E,

Does TI have device that operating on fsw less than 30-kHz?
That application is for welder. Output power requirement is around 1-kW (Vout=3V, Iout>300A).
The output current need to have 100-Hz carrier wave, UCC28950(fsw_min=50-kHz) is not appropriate.

    Hi ACGUY,

    maybe you need the MCU to achieve this low frequency requirement.

    UCC28070 has 50KHz limitation.

    UCC25640X has 35KHz limitation. 

    these are the suggested IC for high power isolated DCDC application , but it can't meet your requirement.
