I thought VI (on) was a voltage value that could keep the output on, is that correct?
The datasheet only shows the maximum value (on) of the VI, is there a minimum value?

Thank you for reposting the question in english.

VI(on) indicates that the input voltage must be at least 5v for the device(ULQ2004A) to be in its on-state. The minimum value for enabling the output would be 5v.
