What is Vgs for the internal nmos?  Particularly, if Vs is 5v, what is it, and what is its maximum?

    Hi Kyle,

    We do not spec this or provide this internal value on E2E. But, this value is not a user controlled input. The IN signal is a GPIO style input.

    When you turn on the device, there is an internal charge pump that is powered and this charges the gate of the FET sufficiently high to make sure the FET operates in the linear region.
