TPS543C20A: Soft Start Time variations over PVT when Rss = Open

My customer would like to know the accuracy of the soft start time when Rss = Open.
The datasheet specifies that it is 4ms typical, but how much variation to be considered over all PVT range?

Hello,

Based on data I have available on the device, I would expect a variation in the soft-start time of approximately +/- 1.5% for Rss=OPEN over PVT.
