Could you please let me know how we can measure the value IVIN(leak), IVDDSTBY and IVDD in datasheet?

The parameters are measured on the ATE.
IVIN(leak) A voltage source is applied to VIN pin with EN pin = 0V and the current is measured into VIN pin
Remove R19 on EVM board. Connect 12V to VIN J1. Connect shunt on J2. Measure current sourced from VIN supply (use AMMETER).
IVDDSTBY A voltage source is applied to the VDD pin with EN pin = 0V and the current is measured into VDD pin
Remove R19 on board. Connect 12V to VDD J7. Connect shunt on J2. Measure current sourced from VDD supply (use AMMETER)
IVDD A voltage source is applied to the VDD with EN = 5V and the FB pin voltage applied > 0.6V (no switching ) and the current is measured into VDD pin.
Remove R19 on board. Connect 12V to VDD J7. Connect a voltage > 0.6V on the R21 resistor.
Open shunt on J2. Measure current sourced from VDD supply (use AMMETER).
