Hello Sir:
Can you help us to check this GG file and Log file?
We found our product has SOC and RM drop issue.
TD and FD flags on when the voltage is 4.257V.
Please help to provide some recommendations for us.
Thanks a lot.

Stu,
Can you please provide the srec from the failing device. What I am seeing is the DOD0 gets updated to 16K+ when the device enters [REST]. This means the gauge thinks it is empty. This is most likely due to the chemID being corrupted. I will need the srec to confirm.
Thanks,
Eric Vos
Hi Vos:
Updated the .srec file for you reference.
Please help us to check and give us recommendations.
Thanks a lot.
Stu,
I just got the srec programmed in and I do not see any corruption in the srec file which would cause this issue. Can you confirm a few things.
1) Is this the srec exported from the failing device?
2) What is the difference between 139 and 345?
Thanks,
Eric Vos
Hi Eric:
Please refer the feedback as below.
1. Yes, all data come from failing device.
2. No difference, their failed symptom are the same conditions.
It's very urgent issue for our end customer.
Please help to provide recommendations.
Thanks a lot.
Statham,
I have been searching and i didn't see anything wrong with the chemID's being used. Digging deeper I am seeing a lot of parameters in the private data memory section that appear to be corrupted.
Both files have the same corrupted internal values so it looks like the golden image file must be the issue. Can you send me the golden image file?
Thanks,
Eric Vos
