TL594: Is there a valration data of Input sink current of FEEDBACK pin？

Hello guys,

One of my customers is considering using TL594.

They want to know the manufacturing variation distribution data of "FEEDBACK" input sink current (Min=0.3mA, Typ=0.7mA) as a histogram graph like Figure 3 graph on page 8 of REF5050 datasheet.

Do you have such data？

    Hi Kazuya,

    We do not share the parametric distribution data beyond the MIN/TYP limits shown in the data sheet. Since the MIN value is 0.3 mA, it is recommended to limit the impedance seen by the FB pin such that <0.3 mA is allowed to sink into the FB pin.
