Regarding the simulation model for UCC27519A-Q1, the models are available for the "standard" part, the UCC27519. You can find them on the UCC27519 product page.
The major difference between them is, the "A-Q1" part is the automotive qualified part and has more robust input pins (it is able to handle larger negative voltages on the input pins). Otherwise, they are effectively the same; but again, the "A-Q1" part has been qualified for automotive use.
