1. Do you mean that: the big Vout ripple causes whole machine don't work? the ripple looks about ~150mV, are you sure it will cause machine don't work?

2. From the schematic, I see the Cout (C65) is Ecap, if you want to reduce Vout ripple, suggest changing it to MLCC, eg, 2*22uF MLCC.
