We have designed 5V-0.7V, 4A(Maximum output) Buck converter for our internal project. Kindly review the design and let me know the comments.

I have also included webench link, which I used as the reference.

Hi Shreehari,

I am not able to open the WEBENCH link that you have shared.

But I have checked your schematic. It looks fine to me. Just make sure that saturation current value of your inductor should be greater than switch current limit (I_LIM) mentioned in the datasheet (4.8A-5.6A).
