Thanks, one more thing want to clarify that DS has θja and it's showing 206, which one is correct?

Hey Allan,

Sometimes there can be small changes like this as the team's tools continue to improve resulting. 208.2C/W is our most up to date value, however such a small change wouldn't be very noticeable in an end application due to part to part variation of their system (PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, IC variation, etc....).
