LM5069: LM5069 timer pin question

Hi team.

Our customer had concern with LM069 timer pin.

They said that originally LM5069 can’t startup with Po 300W ,10nF on timer.

After they changed Timmer cap. to 20nF, LM5069 can startup with 300W.

Please confirm whether has side effect to change 20nF.
