Hello guys,
One of my customers was going to use TPS73115 for their new product mass-productions.
But they knew it was difficult to prepare the device by their due date because TPS73115 lead time is too long.
So they decided to use TPS73615 instead of TPS73115 because the device lead time is very short.
At this moment, they have several questions as the follows.
Could you please give me your reply?
Q1. Is TPS73615 a family device with TPS73115?
Q2. Is TPS73615 wafer process same as TPS73115 one?
Q3. Is the major difference point current limit value only?
Q4. Is TPS73615 same performance with TPS73115 when the output load current is less than 150mA?
