TLVM13630: Is the RTM timing orderable date?

Hello guys,

One of my customers is going to use TLVM13630 for their new products.

I knew that TLVM13630 RTM was Q4/2021 according to the following E2E thread.

Could you please give me your reply to the following questions about the RTM for them?

Q1. What does RTM mean? Is it order starting date? Or delivery starting date?

Q2. If they order TLVM13630 as soon as the device is released, what is the device lead time?

Q3. What is MOQ of TLVM13630?

Q4. Is there any way to be delivered as earlier as possible after the device RTM? Can they order before the device RTM?

Here are the answers to your questions:

Q1: RTM is the order start date

Q2: Depends on quantity. If less than 5ku, then immediate. If more than 5ku then 8 weeks to 12 weeks.

Q3: MOQ is 3ku

Q4: The answer is no, since it is not visible until RTM.
