BQ24650: Exceeding Current limit

I have a custom PCB where I laid out the BQ24650 circuit as close to what is on the EVM board as possible ( I tried to keep all my parts on one side of the board). It is working however it will not stop at 2A of charge current. I'm not really sure where to look. I suspected something with my traces to SRP and SRN, but I don't see anything obvious. I guess I just need some guidance as to where I should look, or some things to try. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Mike,

I believe I have resolved my problem. It seems I had a damaged part. I switched to a different board and it is fine. (Just to answer your question it was letting me put more than 2A into the battery (supplying solar with benchtop PS) but at about 2.4A it would get wildly unstable) The Eval board and my new board stop at 2A.
