LM5010: Use LM5010SD power supply scheme

Use LM5010SD power supply scheme, compatible with 12VDC and 24VAV, and provide 5V output. Now that the 12V input power is working normally, the inductance "howling" in the 24VAV input power solution, what could be the problem? thank you very much.
