Hi team

Now my customer has a demand: Their MCU has a power supply pin. They need to control this pin to be grounded or connected to the power supply by switching it freely, that is to say, when using a certain function, it needs to be connected to a 1.8V (200mA) power supply. When not in use, it needs to be grounded.
According to this requirement, I hope you can help recommend a device that meets this logic, which also needs to be automotive grade.
