Good Day. I have a customer who is working with BQ34Z100-G1. Please see below his query for your reference.
Hi, we are currently qualifying a new Li-ion cell for which we would like to add a new chemID to BQstudio database. Could you indicate the procedure to send you the cell and how much time is needed to create this new chemID? I already have knowledge of the slva725a document. I am asking about the procedure when no ChemID is matching, in order to add a new chemID to the database.
