Hi,

We are building an BMS for our high current (100 A) application, for which we are in need to parallel the FETs. Have set the charge and discharge path separately.

Need to know about the effect of reverse current when paralleling the FET, and the Ways to block the reverse current in the circuits.
If possible please do recommend any MOSFET part for this application.
