BQ24650: Simultaneous battery charging and power supply problems

I need your help. I have a battery board with a BQ24650RVAT, for lithium-ion battery charging. The problem is during the day, when the batteries are charging and the equipment that is powered by the battery board, many of the peripherals of the device stop working well during the hours of solar charging and at night they work perfectly.

I think the problem may be during the charging process of the batteries, because the BQ24650RVAT is not able to supply the necessary current to charge the batteries while simultaneously powering the equipment.
I would appreciate your help.

Please share your schematic and operating conditions (ie input voltage, battery voltage, etc.). I need more information in order to make an assessment.

Hello,

with respect to the data you require:

input voltage:15V-22V

output voltage:5V and 12V

baterry:11.1V 10.5Ah

On the output there is a TPSTPS55165QPW which is only capable of supplying 1A, this is another problem.

Hello,

How is your load connected? What is your battery current and voltage and your input current and voltage when you are not experiencing enough current to the load? Also, what is the power you desired to the load this time? Can you repeat the device at the output?

Hello,

Icharge=2A

Vbat=12,5V

VMPP=17,06V

Solar panel

Vpm=16V

Ipm=1,56A

I think that the problem is la corriente It is not enough to power the two forks. So I think that we have to change the solar panel for other that supply more current.

Hello,

Your input power maximum is about 25 W (16V*1.56A) while your maximum output power is 25 W (12.5V*2A). This leaves no power for your output. I would agree you need a larger solar panel.
