Hi Team,

May we ask your help us regarding the customer's inquiry below.

I am doing bring up of my BMS based BQ40Z80 and I need some technical assistance with bringing the device back to factory default.

I was doing board bring up and got to communicate with BQ40Z80 via BQStudio. I was able to enable LED, read Voltage and current and drive some of the PFET. After that I made some changes and while I can still communicate with the device, voltage and current are not to scale. I have a MCU connected to it MSP430FR2475 which it driving the pins of the BQ40Z80. I don't know if it is an issue from my end when pressing the BQStudio control or if the MCU is causing the issue.

This is a 6 cell configuration and I need to configure it without the batteries (I have resistor network to provide cell voltage).
