TPS4H000-Q1: Where we can buy high side switches?

Part Number: TPS4H000-Q1

Hi. We are a manufacturer of farm machinery controls, and we cannot purchase TPS4H000AQPWPRQ1 and TLC59208FIRGY from distributors or Texas Instruments directly.

Is it possible to know when the supply will be normalized, or will we have to redesign our products with what is achieved? We have stock for one month.

We are also designing some ECUs, and we do not know what components can be obtained later

    Hi Ernesto,

    Thanks for the question. Right now the industry is facing chip shortage, and the supply won't be normalized till next year. At this time, you can only check every once in a while to see if the ICs are back in stock. Sorry about the inconvenience as it's an unusual time.

    Hi Yichi, thanks for the reply. I understand that we must redesign all our equipment with elements that are obtained, from any supplier (at this time all integrated circuits are Texas Instruments). I ask you to indicate in what period of next year a normalization of the supply is expected.

    With the piccolo tms320 series will it be the same?

    It's hard to predict the future, but I think it's 2H next year (not TI's position). 

    For piccoclo, you can post another thread and C2000 team will be able to assist you.
