TLC6C598: Do you have DRBFM document for TLC6C598?

In fact, There is no DRBFM document for TLC6C598. And actually TLC6C598 and TLC6C598-Q1 do not have the similar functions. Therefore I do not recommend the replacement.

But I couldn't find any difference between TLC6C598QPWRQ1 and TLC6C598PWR on the datasheet spec

except the operation temperature and Q1 version.

Could you please tell me the difference point between these devices?

Hi Kazuya，

As you can see, the operation temperature is different between the two devices on the datasheet. This means if the operation temperature exceeds the number on the TLC6C598's datasheet(105℃)  but is below the upper limit of TLC6C598-Q1, the users need to qualify the characteristics themselves.

More importantly, different dies are used when manufacturing, so I cannot guarantee the similar performance of them.

Unfortunately we don't have one. But for your notice, TLC6C598 is not designed for automotive and not qualified for automotive specifications.

Yes. Due to different manufacturing dies used, there are definitely some performance differences between them not listed on the datasheet. They are unavailable right now. In case I have misunderstanding, what do you mean by "Latch-up"?

I think that TI has the both devices latch-up test result.
