UCC21710-Q1: VINH, VINL, VINHYS specs with Vcc=5V condition

Part Number: UCC21710-Q1

Hi team,

Could you provide VINH, VINL, VINHYS specs with Vcc=5V condition?

Datasheet defines those specs with Vcc=3.3V.

best regards,

  • Hi Nobuo,

Looking into some characterization data of the UCC217xx family with VCC = 5V VINH, VINL, and VINHYS all see a slight increase in the threshold voltage. From the data the typical thresholds at VCC = 5V would be:

    • VINH = 2.8V
    • VINL = 2.2V
    • VINHYS = 0.55V

The slight increase in threshold voltage would have minimal impact in the application as the input signals typically have a fast rise time.

Let me know if there's any questions.

    Best regards,

    Andy Robles

  • Thanks Andy-san,

I wills share this information and get back if customer has further question.
