Load switch selection | 5Vin 5mA Higher ESD

Hi team

Could you help give the correct device to meet this requirement? 

  • VIN=5V
  • Iout=5mA
  • ESD higher than 2kV HBM and 1kV CDM.

    Hi Shawn, 

    There are several load switches that meet at ESD rating of 2kV HBM and 1kV CDM, but we do not offer any load switches with a higher rating than that. 

    Are you working with a specific end equipment which requires a higher rating?
