Can two TPS16630 e-fuses be connected to operate like two auctioneering diodes and deliver power from source A and B to a common load?

Are their limitations in current sharing between the two devices during start up when driving a capacitive load, and during an overcurrent fault condition?

Welcome to E2E!

yes, TPS1663 devices can be used in parallel. However, note that current sharing during startup depends on the dvdt gain and FET parameter mismatches. In steady-state the current sharing depends on the Ron mismatch between the devices but the positive temperature coefficient of MOSFETs helps to minimize the current sharing mismatch. for more information please refer https://e2e.ti.com/support/power-management-group/power-management/f/power-management-forum/955040/tps2663-4-tps26633-parallel-use-application/3530866#3530866

For ORing from source A and B to a common load, you need reverse current blocking capable device like TPS2663. Please refer Figure 10-12. Priority Power Mux Implementation in https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/tps2663.pdf
