Hello Tess,

VSENSE input current for TPS54620 is about 10nA in room temperature.

Do you need the maximum at room temperature or at 125 C?

What is the operating temperature range?

Hello Tess,

We do not have this parameter in the Datasheet, so no deep studies are done to know the absolute maximum value.

But according to the data that I have the leakage in room temperature should be less than 10 nA and at 125 C should be less than 30 nA.
