LM25037: open loop circuit

Hi Team,

My customer plan to use LM25037 in open loop mode, below is their simulation circuit:

But customer found that there is no output on OUTB:

Would you help to share some help on:

1, Is the circuit is right or not?

2, Do you have some reference SCH for open loop applicaiton?

3, Would you help to share why there is no output on OUTB?
