TPS54302: looking for a replacement part, can use TPS565201 instead?

Hi,

Obviously lots of sourcing issues right now, trying to find an available replacement for the TPS54302. I looked through all of the TSOT-23-5 packages that I could use and it seems like the TPS565201 would work even though the features are slightly different.

The design I am using this in is to step down a 12V power supply down to 5V. Based on the reference designs, it appears the only changes I would need to make:

1. Output resistor divider values change because V_REF=0.76V not 0.6V

2. No capacitor on output resistor divider

3. EN pin does not have soft-start setting so, just pull-up to VIN with 10kΩ.

Is there anything I'm missing here that I should consider before making this change? It seems I don't need to change my PCB layout at all, I can just DNP a couple components and change some resistor values.
