TPS92390: some setting check

Hi,

I have some question wants to check as below.

1. Switching frequency only have below can choose? If I want to set 600kHz or 700kHz, any recommend value or figure can reference?

2. In datasheet P22, it recommend set range from 30mA to 200mA, 30mA is the minimum setting per channel?

or I can set this value lower?

3. In "Table 7-6. LED Output String Configuration", this R_LED_SET (kΩ) is not common value, do you have a range table can refence?

or maximum tolerance percentage can reference?

Hi Jeff,

1. You can set switching frequency through I2C flexibly.

2. Smaller current is allowed but the accuracy can't be guaranteed.

3. Please choose nearest resistor value.

Hi Robin,

For question 1, we have no used I2C interface, only by external HW setting.

For question 3, so no recommend range for this?

Hi Jeff,

The switching frequency options are limited if only through resistor. Why do you have to pitch 600/700kHz?

The resistor for string configuration isn't critical.
