Yes, you are able to use UCC21520 in order to drive the high side and low side MOSFETs in the way you describe. Many of the application schematics on the data sheet show half-bridge applications, however the high side and low side outputs are independent of each other, therefore you are able to drive two separate gates.

Hope I can use the driver 21520 for the Switches S1 and S2 , for simultaneous operations.
Planning to use another 21520 for S3 and D2 which will be replaced by a MOSFET as two high side drivers.
Could you please check the feasibilty.

I was wondering if you are planning to use a bootstrap supply or two isolated voltage supplies to supply voltage to the high side switches in both of the cases you mentioned above. The configurations should both work but it is important to understand how you are supplying VDDA and VDDB for these devices.
Additionally, feel free to scan the datasheet (https://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/ucc21520) to see bootstrap component recommendations (pg. 28) along with some bootstrap circuitry in applications.
