BQ25672: Internal MOSFET Spec. for 2.5A input current and 4A output current...

Dear Sirs,

As datasheet, I cannot find internal MOSFET spec. about related current information.

May I know if BQ25672 can support 2.5A input current and 4A output current or not?

Hi Peter,

What is the input voltage and battery regulation voltage? Input power (voltage *2.5A) has to be slightly higher than output power (BATREG*4A).

Hi Peter,

Per the table below, the max input current is 3.3A, SYS output can provide up to 5A but the max battery charge current is 3A.

The input power is 12V*2.5A(30W) and the output is 3.7~4.2V*4(~17W Max.).

HI Peter,

The device can easily provide the output power you need from your input source. Keep in mind, the charge current is limited to 3A but total output current (ISYS+IBAT) is 5A.
