BQ25616: We have an issue , were we want to exist of what's called " Ship mode" for Q4?

Thank you for the helping and escalating the issue we are having .
Now, we have another problem for the same IC Charger.
So for some reason the IC is pulling 2mA current when the device is off and the battery is connected .

Why is this is happening ??
Any recommendations??

Note: to verify the issue, we took out the IC charger , and when we did that, the current that we are pulling is much much less in uA's instead of 2mA.
Looks like the charger is pulling lots of current when device is off.

please, if the engineers can help with this issue, on to what can cause this problem?

Just to add, mainly happens when the device gets out of the " ship mode "

Issue #2 is that we set the charging current setting is set to fast charging current is 902.6mA.
on the
ICHG pin : we connected a resistor : 750 ohms.
ILIM pin : we connected a resistor : 330 ohms.
Battery voltage is 3.09V
When charging the battery, we don't reach the 900mA,
The most we get is close to 300mA.

Any reason why? Anything we should be aware of ?

What do you mean "the device is off"? VBUS=0V and VBAT=0V? Is there any power source connected to the BQ25616?

Where did you measure the 2mA?
