Hi,

My customer needs a DCDC to cover these requirements

Vin = 10V to 40V

Vout = 48V

Pout = 480W (!0A)

Efficiency >95%

Do you have any recommendations?

Hi Josef,

There are two options:

Multiphase with LM5122 (an example: https://www.ti.com/tool/PMP7944).
Dual phase with LM5170 (https://www.ti.com/tool/LM5170EVM-BIDIR).

The LM5170 will achieve even power sharing between the two phases. The EVM is for bidirectional but you can make if for boost only by grounding the DIR pin and you also need to remove the circuit breaker FETs on the 12V side and bypass the breaker.
