I am looking for a "Load Switch" with Current Limit 2A and Input Voltage is 12V.

Can I use TPS25946? or Could you recommend any parts?

Hi Charge,

Yes TPS25946 will be a good fit . If you also need reverse current blocking then have a look at TPS25947. TPS25946 is similar to TPS25947 but does not block reverse current.
