Dear Concern
i am using ucc3895 in full bridge 1500w dcdc power supply development. now i am facing the problem of heating up of mosfet in the bridge by applying gate voltage and bus voltage to the bridge. but i have not connected any load across the arms of the bridge. but the mosfets are heating up and current is drawing from the source.
i have provided sufficient delays, gate rise n fall time are less than 400ns, my switching frequency is 200khz. but if i reduce the switching frequeny the current is reducing and mosfets are not getting heated up. plaese suggest me how to reduce the current.
