BQ25792: Standalone PD and OTG/ Reverse-charging operation

We have the BQ25792EVM on hand, along with 4S4P LiFePO4 cells and would like to test two functions:

1. PD handshake with an external PD charger supporting 20V, 3A
2. Reverse charging on another USB port

For #1, will the BQ25792 IC be able to perform PD handshakes/ negotiations alone, without the help of another chip like the TPS25750? For instance, would the BQ25792 alone be able to "request" the external charger to deliver 20V, 3A if the external charger supports it?
