Dear All,

I am using the TPS22810/TPSD22810-Q1 and there is no stock!

Can somebody tell me if TI has an other IC with the same footprint SOT-23 (6).

Hello Piet,

At this time, TPS22810 and TPS22810-Q1 are the only integrated load switches capable of handling 12V in the SOT-23 (6) package.
